Gurmeet gets the Barfi look and Kareena's heart on Jhalak

The performance of the actor did not manage to impress the judges

With the competition getting stiffer by the day on Colors' Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 - Dancing with the stars,  contestants are having a tough time impressing the judges and ensuring a flood of public votes.

Taking innovation to the next level the theme for this week's performance on the dance reality show was breathless. The contestants had to give a power packed performance emphasizing on energy and zest. The television superstar Gurmeet Choudhary gave a scintillating and animated performance on Gulabi aakhen jo teri dekhi showcasing hip hop as their dance form.

Unfortunately the act did not impress the judges leaving the actor unhappy and dispirited. It was none other than the Barfi actor and superstar of Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor who decided to cheer him up by giving him a special gift. Ranbir gave Gurmeet the special look from his forthcoming film which instantly brought a smile on Gurmeet's face.

The story doesn't end here. Next in line to surprise Gurmeet was another actor from the Kapoor clan, Kareena Kapoor. The actress drew a heart on a piece of paper and gave it to Gurmeet after kissing it.
